Actually, it takes a bit more than that.

I collect roughly 60-90ish per game, depending on the time. I've never 1 shotting everyone. At most I chunk people for 1/4 health but I've never done more than 50% unless I had level advantage. To be honest, he's perfectly fine. Does a tad bit more than he should in the early game but really it's not hard to actually shut him down.

He lacks any form of damage after he uses his Meeps for 8 seconds, not only that he only has 1 damaging spell.

To be one shot by him is to not understand his kit. His Q is very predictable, if you dodge that all you have to worry about is Meep damage.

Told you, boards is filled with low elo who wants to nerf any champ that wrecks them.
