is Urgot weak or am i playing wrong

his w barely does more damage then a normal auto after like 3 shots. It feels like another cause of riot putting to much power into a gimmick like Illaoi. Then theirs the fact that hes not a tank hes a fight yet has such a absurdly huge hit box and the lowest base moment speed makes it easy for your health to disappear to skill-shots before you even get the change to do damage. Then to top it all off your w makes you even slower so to fully accomplish Urgot's damage rotation you pretty much have to build both phage and frozen mallet. IS anyone else having these problems or am I the only one?

Really your not meant to use w as the main source of damage, it's his passive that deals damage and allows you proc it continuously. Your W's autos are meant to rapidly stack black cleaver and get your fervor stacks up. And in regards to him being a fighter, he is a juggernaut who is just as tanky if not more tanky than your standard frontliner with his w shield and for him being slow that's what a juggernaut normally is and you can turn the w self slow off and use it only for it's shield.
