So, if we are going to gut Soraka for being toxic in an off lane how about we gut Heimer too?
Cause last I checked he’s viable in every position except jungle and invariably cancer to deal with in every single one of them.

The only change I can find for Soraka that is currently planned is that her Q will deal 60% of it's damage to minions, so her last hitting got nerfed but nothing else so far on the PBE.
You can not really call this a getting gut, especially since her main role is supposed to be support and this change doesn't have any impact on her performance as a support at all.
Dealing with heimer is the burden that was split between the 4 lane roles at the foundation of the League. And so it will be, because one role alone is not strong enough to carry this burden. Everyone gets a little bit of the Aids so that none actually shoots their brains from dealing with all of it.
Heimer can jungle as well. Not well. But better than Soraka lol
