@Meddler When will COC be looked at or poppy?

This is really starting to get out of hand on her she was boarderline broken before COC was dropped into the game now she is just broken i could break her shield at all early game when it would come up. then at level 6 she is full out blasting me under the tower cause of COC and her shield added together how is this now bullshit? She was even going at me under the tower at level 4 and walking away uninjured. So when is COC getting the bat or what are you going to do about poppys shield?
