VERY small leak of the Vladimir Rework

It's just a small clip from the video showing off the Classes and Subclasses, but you can see Vlad use an ability with obviously updated textures that doesn't appear like anything in his kit. Also, his Q in the League website has that glitched teal icon. Just a theory that his Q is being replaced, but you can clearly see that is an ability we haven't seen yet.

they said his point click q and his troll pool would be here to stay. The devs discussed adding a charge effect to use more health to do more damage with the E and that is what it looks like it is to me, or maybe its a new ult......

this week will probably be a patch week so maybe mages are coming to pbe soon. There is no reason for Riot to hide it

They already said they prefer not to bring small reworks like the Mid Year Mage Update to PBE since it can cause bugs pushing it in and out of servers, they'd rather just reveal it when it's released.

no they said putting champion reworks on the pbe then pulling them before the patch can cause issues such as gamebreaking "zyra's Q nolonger works on minions" because they changed her Q in an example. The mage reworks will be on the PBE either tonight or tomorrow there is no way they wont just blindly send them to live.

The weird thing about Vlad's Q. One of the rioters listed all the things that people mainly thought made Vlad lacking in counterplay. (Point and Click, range, and the like) Yet they were convinced to add counterplay, without actually changing any the things that gave vlad that reliability. (Thinking they were important to his kit or identity.)

This was already confirmed that he will get completely new Q, E will be modified to put more emphasis on stacking mechanic, passive and W will either be unchanged or get minor tweaks, ult will rather stay the same.
