Riots Splash Arts!

I don't know who is in charge of the revamps for splash arts, but they need to calm down! Their splash arts look like Legendary Skins! I mean really with Shyvannas new splash, why even buy any skins... Its just so amazing lol! The Ice Drake looks good but the Normal Splash still wins in my book. Karthas too, I mean his splash is freakin beautiful! Idk how you managed to make a reaper look so amazing but you pulled it off. So what I want to know, Is riot going to Revamp the splash arts of say Iron Scale Shyvanna and Reaper Karthas to reach the same level of amazingness or are they going to stay like they are? Let me ask you guys.
