Çhampion Select Quality of Life Change

Morning Everyone, So Yesterday I faced a problem that every league player comes across at some point or another, insta-lockers. Everyone's seen it, they basically pick a champion and Lock it in in case they don't call a role fast enough. Now I'm not suggesting something like a vote change champion or a report instalock button or anything. Instead I'm suggesting that the Lock Button be disabled until every summoner on your team has chosen a champion. Not only is this a very simple change to implement (Probably not more than a few lines of code) it also has no negative downsides since locking in before everyone has at least clicked a champion doesn't speed up getting into game. I realize some insta-lockers will always choose to just wait until everyone clicks a champion but this at least somewhat deters that behaviour. Especially if it is done on accident.
