Can Singed get poison stacking for one for all?

Firstly I realize Riot really doesn't do much towards balancing one for all and obviously the changes would apply next one for all.

But it would be really nice if you could stack singed poison. It is really awkward where the first poison takes priority then the rest do no damage. Especially since the tanky singed probably will run in first and then no one can do damage since the more ap focus singed can't apply it anymore. It is especially frustrating vs epic monsters and you basically cannot do baron or elder drag since only one poison applies to it. It doesn't need to be that strong it could just be like 50% damage for each poison (so 100% for first, 50% for the next, 25% for the third etc).
