An Idea to make outter turrets slightly stronger
So everyone knows that outter turrets are super weak structures that occasionally send angry postcards to champions that afked under them too long especially ones that have lots of mobility. It would be a nice change if the tower damage Ramp up was instead of more damage per shot more damage based on missing health. Now it could either be straight %missinghealth say 10% of your missing health as additional damage or possibly flat (10% missing> 25 extra damage, 20%> 40, 80%> 110, etc). This would help make defending yourself under tower feel a lot better since if you could manage to get the enemy low <80% your tower would do much better at finishing them off rather then them just getting to the 2 slightly more damaging shot and the enemy just using one of their dashes, blinks or flashes to get out. Obviously numbers could be tweaked and mabye minions should probably experience the current ramp up damage since everyone learned to CS with it.
