Akali Me Daddy1 votesi think what riot does it they buff champs that aren't played a lot in ranked. from what i see its like they try to make every Champ meta. i do not think he needed a buff but honestly with the new assian destroying 2k17 adcs it kinda needed to be done. draven has lots of way to keep enemies off of him and kill them before they get back in range to kill him so yea with the broken ass champs i think it was needed
