Riot, any plans for Katarina?

I was wondering if you had any plans for Kat? She feels really weak so far in the preseason. AP items took a huge hit with the preseason changes by increasing costs and decreasing some of their stats. I'm not necessarily asking for straight up buffs, just curious if you have any plans or if you are possibly looking into her in the near future. It's been 2 and half years since her most recent rework and it did't really seem to fix the issues riot was aiming to fix. I remember ricklessabandon had some experimental changes in mind for her a while back but they never even made it past internal testing onto the PBE. Kat has always been my favorite champion and it sucks to not be able to play your favorite champion without thinking there's a good chance we will lose this game because of it. Riot has stated a number of times that they often balance champions around high level of play, but why not Kat? It seems she is often balanced around low level play because people dont understand how to focus and save cc, but in higher level play with organized teams and better players, she is pretty much useless. Please give Kat some love.
