I don't get it after season 6 Jinx started going down on teir lists and people are so disappointed that they ruined Jinx, i still absolutely destroy as Jinx almost every game. SHE OP! Whats going on? Why people lie to me.
She spent so long in a state where she was a lane bully that also snowballed into a hypercarry by 20 minutes if she got a single kill they don't know how to play her when she's balanced.
They're just upset they can't feed all lane phase and then come back off two kills
Because she's "ruined" the same way Sejuani and Sion are "ruined", in that she was blatantly OP for months and then finally nerfed into a balanced state. Unfortunately, people were so used to them being OP that being balanced suddenly makes them feel weak.

She was freelo before..now she is just strong.
IDK, the meta now favors Bursty caster type ADCs like Graves(NERF HIM), Lucian, and MF and 2 out of the 3 counter the fuck outta her. Not the help that her preseason changes kinda nerfed her instead of helping her
jinx is the strongest adc in the game on average. shes really good in any team.
She was in the top 2-3 adc's for a loooong time. She is now taking a break while other marksmen get the spotlight, aka Lucian amd Kalista for now. It is just the FotM rotation, altho riot lets some champions get a lot more time being op, it was more like Flavor of the Year for Jinx haha. She will be back to being a worthy pick eventually, prob like a year or two. And of course play whatever u want if u think it is fun, its all pretty close to balanced, but there will always be top tier picks
i think the 15% attsp reduction on her q is just dumb and without it she would be in a better spot
I'm with you ILJ, I also still destroy with Jinx nearly every game. I've got a 15-5 record with her in ranked so far this season. I think it has to do with other adcs being buffed while leaving Jinx virtually untouched.
jinx is the irelia of adc. has something of everything in her kit, and never really does bad. at least like irelia used to be.
Because now she isn't overpowered and when you get destroyed you stay destroyed as it should be.
Rockets do entirely too much damage in lane phase and she still has mana after rocket spam to spam her zapper and traps its broke
Her early game is bad and this meta games end before she can scale up. Ezreal is strong and will poke the shit out of her and blink over her chompers. Zed is her worst nightmare and he got buffed. She gets destroyed in ganks and fewer wards means she can't avoid them. Her rockets fire rate got adjusted and now are worse early game. Tahm has godlike synergy with her but he got nerfed and was banned every game anyway. She feels fine right now in low elo but thats because people dont know how to bully her (of course you're a hardcore Jinx main so your experience is better than many non-ADC mains who just play her because she is a safe pick and easy). Might as well play Vayne who at least can safely solo farm lane while her support roams mid and gets the game snowballed.
Jinx is my favorite ADC but for now I just pick Quinn, stronger early game, fast roams to snowball games, resistant to assassination, can take care of herself and doesn't need to be babysat all game.
IDK but her early game seems pretty garbage now. She's still capable of carrying though.

If by being ruined a champions falls to a solid 50% win rate, that just speaks how massively overpowered she used to be. Back before her attack speed scalling changes, she was a massive lane bully with an ability to be a hypercarry. Jinx was so goddamn faceroll for years. Jinx players are just salty that they can no longer one shot entire teams only with an 
IMO she's just too reliant on teammates. Her passive isn't enough mobility right now. If I'm jungling and I see a jinx it's basically a free game as long as my bot lane doesn't suicide into her before i get there
Because the rest of the ADC's no longer suck. In season 5 
dominated because pretty much every other AD carry was practically useless.
i think its because of the IE nerf, people found that they need to build more dmg and crit instead of murdering people with 1 IE no attackspeed item.
ad casters got very strong with essence reaver so many jinx who doesnt know how to position in my elo dropped her because early game burst is much weaker.
Same. I think it's cause she didn't get an update like other marksmans but her playstyle of being able to push down turrets like a god is still glorious
Her passive rework-tweak sucks ballz, and Essence Reaver buffs/Marksman reworks=Reign of Miss Fortune, Lucian, Corki and Ezrael in yolo queue. For professional play, not sure what they play, probably the same with the addition of Kalista and Tristana I guess.

Unfortunately a large portion of the player base is made up of sheep that mindlessly follow whats flavor of the month. Anything else is "ruined, unviable, trash etc..."
Ive never really understood the love for Jinx. Props to you for enjoying her, ive just always felt her kit was pretty straight forward and her personality seemed like harlequin. Eh, different strokes for different folks.
Personality wise, I wish Varus' kit better represented a consumed ex hunter than it does.
