AFK or crash? disconnect or problem?

so there are those who rage quit and disconnects, and im happy when they get their bans and ill report them if they are afk. BUT sometimes people krash or maybe lol kick them out of the game, and then they cant reconnect. would you want to get a ban if lol made you dc while you were one kill away from a penta kill? what i mean with this is when is says that the person disconnected make sure you know if he just quit or krashed. How? well if he disconnects while he is dead he might aswell just quit the game., if he flames in spawn and then disconnects, he probably quit. BUT if the player is chasing someone and then disconnects in the midle of the chase, he probably krashed and he is trying to reconnect. or if you are about to team fight and he disconnects. he also probably krashed and he is trying to reconnect. and lastly if you can tell that he is lagging and disconnects, he might have krashed. Dont rpoert them, they cant do anything about it, i know its an unpopular opinion but still, think about it. be the better man, dont be
