How do I win when the enemy has control?

How do I win when the enemy has control over the map? How do I turn the tables to put them into a losing situation? Especially if I don't have a team, lets say my whole team went afk and turned on autoclicker and set it to click the enemy fountain. How do I single handly turn the game around and gain control of the map and the game?
