What if the loading screen let you look at the base stats of every champion in your current game?

So you could click on a button at the bottom of each champion's avatar and see the champion's base stats, such as health, armor, AD/AP, etc (or even better a differential between yours and that champion). And if you click on the stats tab of your own champion you get the extra stats of how your abilities level up so you can theorize how you might go about leveling skills while you're waiting to get in game.

Also this wouldn't have to cost Riot any extra networking resources because this information could be included in each patch as simple text files that the user fetches locally on demand whenever they click one of the buttons.
