One of this big probleme in runes reforge was the obvious favouritsme toward range champ specialy in early game, Why is taste of blood give same stat on range champ that can proce it much easier then mele champ ? Why is press attack work give same stat on range champ That can get full use of it specialy if its range toplaner ? Aftershock, hail of blade, bone plating, Klepto was good option for bruiser to deal with tanks in early game But it gave same stat on range champ Which made it realy overpower and eventualy remove instead of fixing the main probleme on range ... So many other runes have this issue and intel this day riot this issue is still remaining and its What causing this auto win between range and mele in toplane Yet balance team is too blind to see it
