Kalista sucks ass

She can't be buffed in her current state. As much as I love the Spear of Vengeance, she is so toxic to fight that she needs changes before she can get stronger.

I have to disagree with the other commenters. Yes she's too unhealthy to be strong, but she can definitely get a small buff, because she's arguably the worst champion in the entire game right now. She has a 39% winrate in plat and above (probably worse at lower elo), requires a ton of games to be even remotely competent, and is the worst ADC statistically in damage dealt, and gold earned. She's also among the worst in every other statistic except playerbase experience (meaning her playerbase is actually pretty experienced.)

So yeah she needs a rework, but c'mon leaving a champion in the dumpster of below 40% winrate for multiple patches is ridiculous. Give her a little buff so she's not a handicap to her team.
