rune idea to break the game

ok so we have runes reforged where you chose a path/keystone and select other runes in that path with a choice of 2ndary runes.

what if we could chose any keystone and any rune from any tree and custom create paths/rune pages

example conqueror avery dark harvest aftershock unsealed spell book chose one next you chose from any of the 2nd tier runes from any path, just one and so one and so on

so a final rune page could look like

keystone : aftershock 2nd rune triumph 3rd rune transcendence 4th rune cosmic insight

then you still get to chose 2 secondary non keystone runes from any path

and still have adaptive/flex runes
