So are Marksman Items in a good spot?

Did the changes really do anything? Not much changed from farming until that BF sword... Or certain champs becoming really strong by building items not even meant for them...

They need to be buffed because bruiser/assassin items are way too strong, forcing ADCs to buy them.

Marksmen items are very strong right now. Itemization for AD champs in general is very strong.

Armor pen builds seem to be working better.

I don't think they're on a good place if most champions are choosing to build yomuus and cleaver instead of the BF line.

Maybe they don't suck but then that would mean that armor pen is too strong that crit is a sub par alternative.

Most champions = Lucian Jhin MissFortune Twitch Draven .

Of these 5, only the first three build more than one ArPen item regularily.

Jhin is currently simply overtuned, and could probably stand to either have his damage lowered or (my personal favorite) his mana costs raised. Actually, all three of them could stand to have higher mana costs. The reason that building ArPen works so well on these three is that they rely on abilities for a big part of their damage.

Meh, the only interesting one is RFC which got slammed with nerfs and gives less Attack Speed than a pair of boots. And they make executioner's calling actually viable. Thats about it. There are still cookie cutter builds and you HAVE to follow them :/
