When got the buff on his E someone asked if there was going to be any buffs for . So far, no plans have been announced and I feel like needs a small buff when facing an AP heavy team. As of now Rammus only gets bonus AD from 25%of his Armor. His W also only works against auto attacks which usually are AD. I would like to see Rammus get some bonus when he builds MR as well. Since he is the highest rated Tank and is mele, I don't see how this could make him OP. Maybe some AP or AD for every MR he builds, if is allowed to gain AP, while also have his skills scaling off AP (skill shots), when building MR why can't Rammus?

Galio doesn't get any stat conversion from armor. Seems fair to me, although they're both underpowered. Instead of giving them free stats, though, I would look for ways to make it easier for them to make plays and have an impact on the game.

Galio can build damage or poke with his base stats alone. Funny enough you know what is on the offensive recommended for Rammus? item 3075 Mostly because his build Paths all require him to be tanky and get hit by the enemy. But against AP Rammus can't damage them with half his kit and itemizing to make his W stronger doesn't do much against Annie or Leblanc as much as MasterYi or Tryndamere . I just want Rammus to be able to build tanky against AP or AD without being almost useless as a trade off.
