Miku Lv991 votesKeep lowering the mana regen options for mages. They should be gated by mana so that they're not the same as the resourceless champions. By the end of the season, they should only have about 1 MP5 at level 18 with full build. Start making up reasons to send them in that direction.

Give no reasons for giving the champ buffs/nerfs for said champion.
Repeat until every single champion has been given a buff/nerf request.
