Possible tweaks for Jax

So, given that each champion often has tweaks to accent highs and lows, as well as power spikes and weaknesses, I came to think of a possible balancing point for Jax, the Grandmaster at Arms. Here are my ideas;

**Passive - ** Relentless Assault - Jax's basic attacks continuously increase his attack speed. (up to six stacks.)

We already know Jax is assault-oriented and basic-attack heavy, and his passive stands to make that pronounced. The more you attack with him, the faster he attacks. My proposal...

**Passive - ** Relentless Assault - Jax's basic attacks continuously increase his attack speed and (A.) movement speed (or B.) give him a small burst of movement speed. (up to six stacks, still. As for the movement speed for B., think along the lines of Phage's movement speed buff.)

The reason I propose this is somewhat the same reason for some of Lucian's tweaks; putting emphasis on "Relentless". One would think a relentless assault is one that you simply cannot run away from, your attacker not giving up his frenzied chase. Simply attacking faster doesn't quite seem relentless, and I think with the increased movement speed, his passive would sound much more realistic and may make him a bit more dangerous in-lane.

With that in mind, I move to my next idea, though this one is a little more complex.

**E - ** Counter Strike - Jax enters a defensive stance for up to two seconds, dodging all incoming basic attacks and taking 25% less damage from area-of-effect abilities. After two seconds or if activated again, Jax stuns surrounding enemies for one second and deals physical damage to them. Counter Strike deals increased damage for each attack Jax dodged. (20% increased damage per attack dodged, up to 100% max increased damage)

This is definitely more along the lines of "real rather than ideal", and may not ever be implemented, if even considered. Jax's Counter Strike stance is simply him swinging his lamppost/fishing rod/sledgemace/board with a nail in it/etc. over his head, which somehow effectively dodges attacks. My idea would be instead him having two directions he dodges from - front and back - which he can choose. This opens the "sides" for incoming attacks, and allows something more proper in terms of animation; Jax spinning his lamp forward and backward around his body in a continuous spin. This would more-or-less balance him out, as players would be able to still deal damage if they can manage to get in at an angle, and they would have a visual indicator as to which angles to attack from. Again, this is more realistic than idealistic, but I still think it fits Jax's theme and skillset.

Thank you for your time in reading, and please feel free to criticize this!

Scripted...? I don't see how you would come to that conclusion. I play bot matches because I am not skilled enough with a wide enough array of champions to feel confident in normal PVP, and I play ARAMs because I generally like playing fast-paced cluster matches for the sake of working in a fast-paced environment. There's less room for mistakes in ARAM than normal PVP, and I feel like spur-of-the-moment decision-making is just my playstyle.

Some people may like me, and others may not. It just depends on what happens in a game and how people view others. I've personally gotten some positive response from other players, especially when in the process of trying to get the hang of Master Yi before PROJECT: was released.

And, if you hadn't read it in full, I suggested possible ways to accent highs and lows to Jax. Giving him a notable weakness in his Counter Strike, as well as distinctively buffing his Relentless Assault. Yes, what I proposed can be counted as a nerf to his Counter Strike, but I'm not sure how large, if at all, the impact of it would be. And, you also need to remember that I made this in consideration of Jax alone; not his counters or who he counters, just Jax and his theme.

Then why are you giving suggestions?

Jax is in great spot

Only thing which holds him back is retarded community which builds botrk on him

...Did you guys just not even read the whole post? I gave reasons and everything - accenting the Relentless part of Relentless Assault with a movement speed buff, and expressing that my idea for Counter Strike is for the sake of realism and giving a pronounced weak spot to his ability.

I would have enjoyed getting responses had the people giving them actually read the post through-and-through...

You're making wild guesses. Why would people line up in my matches? I don't ask people to keep playing with me or send party invites, because I'm not going to be able to play with the same people over and over.

The games show irregularities because that's how games are? I'm not always gonna be able to play the champions I want, and I've usually got a few champions in mind that I want to play, either because I got a skin for them or because I feel best playing them. IE; Lucian, Leona and Master Yi for reason of PROJECT: skins. Can't remember who I played besides them in co-op vs. AI, but that's irrelevant. The positive responses when I was trying to learn Master Yi before PROJECT: came around was people reassuring me that I would get the hang of him, and that I was doing alright.

I don't care about how little you cared about what people thought of you, because that doesn't mean anything to me, especially since you're here for the sake of bashing me for what you assume is smurfing/scripting. And yes, I know that playing co-op vs. AI, custom bot matches and ARAM matches aren't going to give me a real feel of what it's like to play Summoner's Rift PVP matches, but I'm more confident in my ability when I can predict my opponents (as in bot matches) or simply having to work in the heat of the moment (ARAM) than I am with more long-term stuff like SR/Normals.

How do I know too much? What does irregular games have to do with anything? Why do you seem to not consider preference is a factor? I've been level 30 for a while, since even before Soraka and Victor's ability reworks. I've played Jax before, I've just fallen into a loop of playing specific champions more. When you're level 30 and have a vast majority of the champions, you're not really going to have a right mind to jump specifically to one. If this isn't my main account, then why would I have skins for most of the champions I have? Though, you wouldn't know that through looking at match history I don't think, so it never occurred to you. I didn't cheat my way to level 30, I've done it fair and square and have been level 30 for a while.

If you're not going to bother with honest criticism over the ideas and instead choose to rant on about something you don't know about, then please, take it elsewhere. This is Gameplay and Balance, not Rant and Bash.

There's very much a possibility that your are legitimately a person who just plays bots and ARAM and has a PROJECT: Yi skin. A very considerate and intelligent person that takes their time to learn the game. Maybe I'm wrong, I have make no sense to accuse you of anything. Suspicious behavior I'd say.

I'm going to delete my entire thread, including this message. I understand you wanted criticism about the thread, not yourself.
