Can we make a deal riot, about shaco?

ik that shaco can cause a lot of rage amongst players because of his instant invis q, but there are plenty of more mobile champs that are stronger then him yet riot says they are fine. So all I ask is you go the kha'zix route and give him a cd reduction everytime he gets a kill with his q, I think It would be a fair trade for a shortened stealth time or reduced blink range, this would help reinforce his assassin like role, because im seeing a lot of tank shaco recently
