Level 29 with Gold/Platinum players in Normal Queues?

This thread can go into Gameplay, Player Behavior and some others so I decided just leave it here. Edit: Riot deleted the thread when I had some pictures censored uploaded showing the Player Behavior & Moderation so I created this new one in the Gameplay they 'recommended'.

So normal queues why am I queued up with players who aren't below level 30? I'm not so great BUT the fact I am with higher elo gamers whom have full rune sets and so it's not as fun playing with cause I can't do anything unless I get fedBUT still :/

If anyone could tell me why I am queued up it'd be great. I know I'm not Bronze for sure so that's not a factor.

Also to mention they fed so hard, flamed me in-game "trash jungler doesn't gank while Leesin ganks constantly"

I understand I should be ganking BUT I stated in-game to please farm up and try our best to avoid fights and their mobile Leesin gank who can gank better pre 6 or early game compared to me Master Yi. I messaged to my team to farm up and wait for out late game or possibly mid game power spike but they insist or rather this duo couple... -/_-

Q) You have a name that's smurf material, are you a smurf but complaining? A) No I am not a smurf... I don't want to be boring and have a name like "Jim44334523" or something that isn't original as I am sure you wouldn't want something that you don't like as a gamertag. Something that tells others who you are as a joke or something cool.
