Is there not a way to report people who don't want to communicate no more?

Like the title states.

Here and there in Ranked I would see some players who doesn't communicate at all. Simply asking someone to buy a sightstone as a support so we can gain more vision control to having mid lane build morello into the swain who is big and fed.

No harassment, no spams of pings and or toxicity, no nothing. Simply asking someone to buy/do something to benefit the team more...

Really people don't want to be competitive, aim to win and or work as a team in Ranked no more???...

Is there not a way for players to get reported for "Refusing to Communicate" no more?

Refusing to Communicate I believe was once a report option.

it was a report option, but it was a bait and no one ever got punished for it.

being bad is not as punishable offense.

No.

Nope. Considering the first two tiers of punishments literally doesn't allow people to communicate with their team beyond pings and a couple messages now and then, it would be kind of ridiculous to allow people to get punished for serving their punishment.

What i find ironis is that most people dont wanna play support, but they always try to tell support what to do

No. I typically mute everyone at the start of the match. Never been punished.

Nooo you see many people who are trying to become better Mute everyone at the beginning of the match as a precaution against flaming. That's why the option was taken out. There is no point in banning someone for not communicating when they are basically deaf lol. Besides that though it is kind of annoying when people don't ping, but with good map awareness you shouldn't need it, allot of the time. Now there may be times when you are too focused on other things to notice, but for the most part map awareness. Some players don't even know how to ping... What I find more annoying than people who don't ping is people who over ping. I mean if I see someone clearly coming... Why is there any need to spam to me 10 times to be careful... I mean they are right there.. One ping would suffice, or at least it would for me.

No, and there shouldn't be. With how easily offended and super sensitive this games community is, combined with a completely automated system dishing out bans, /mute all at the very start of a match is a very legit way to avoid any punishment

If you want something done right then do it yourself.

And there's a reason why that report option is no longer available.

You can only listen to "OMFG BUILD ITEM" so many times.
