Elo-Boosting in action... SmH

Literally in-game when someone states they're boosting a friend's account in Ranked and it's obvious they're doing better than the players in the ELO, you confront them in all-chat but the enemy team goes, "stfu nobody cares"

LOL really? So Elo-boosting is fine? LMAO.

I will report of course but shouldn't something stated like that in-game be instantly reviewed upon and manually checked to see if the player is elo-boosting or being boosted?

His stats are literally over 20 kills per game on specific champions and previous season wasn't so hot...

Not to mentioned I am reported for harassing the elo-booster because my team mates wants an easy win... Tf?

Just report them because it will flag the suspicious activity and send it to riot support to have it taken care of ASAP!

Literally in champion selection the player asked for a role because they're a smurf and only play specific champions on "this" account.

You can argue, "maybe it's just someone's alt account" but why refer it to as, "it's my buddy's account I don't care"...?

Then your team mate flames you because you choose not to partake in cheating? What is this game!?

I just played a game where there was a premade and in champion select they stated one of their friend is a 'smurf' who is going to carry the game if I gave up my top role for them in the jungle...

Then in-game when I ask if they were actually a smurf or not because I checked naopgg constantly to see my match and of the players I'm against. He stated he plays only a certain champion pool which I figured since it's ranked yeah it makes sense...

Then when he accidentally slipped and said, "this is a buddy's account I'm playing on" was obvious signs he wasn't smurfing but elo-boosting/cheating...

When I addressed this problem with the enemy team who was getting dominated by this single player and the premade, the enemy team didn't care nor bothered. One even mentioned to "stfu nobody cares"... Really? Take a loss because someone's cheating and you're okay with it? O_O

Literally after that I was flamed for "intentionally game throwing" when I was just playing my lane normally... I was threatened to be reported by the premade... I don't get this no more.

You try to do something good and prevent people from ruining games yet you're flamed, hated and reported for doing so...

I think Ranked is over for me. I lost my will to rank and try to place higher in rank... It's a joke now.

Try summitting a ticket to Riot with evidence which is probably the print screen you got when the person admit elo boosting, but don't post the guy's name on forum.

Also, in terms of reports in game, you only ever need 1 to flag the offender to be checked by the system. But since there isn't really an option for reporting elo boosting at the end game report, thus I suggested you summit a ticket.

Also, don't repeatedly post in your own post unless you are replying to someone. You can edit the post to add more stuff in if you need to.
