Ezreal and Manamune

Can we just let Ezreal's Q crit so we can remove Manamune from the game?

If Draven Axes can crit, if Vayne tumble can crit, if Xayah Feathers can (scale off) crit, why can't a skillshot?

Ezreal is the only champion that builds a Manamune right now. Sure, Jayce could, but the only other ones (that I know of) that bought it, got reworked. Just let his Q crit so he can buy an Essense Reaver. It's even blue, so blue Ezreal and Blucian can still exist. However, if you're going to let his Q crit, you might want to reduce the range or reduce the speed of the projectile or something. I'm not an Ezreal player, but it seems odd to me that the only thing (probably) stopping Manamune from being removed is the inability for his Q to crit.

I wouldn't know if this would make his busted as heck, or absolutely useless (or just put him at a spot where he's balanced), as I said, I'm not an Ezreal player. This is fully opinion. Feel free to comment your opinion on the matter.
