Stellafreyja2 votesThey did nerf the scaling on his ult passive at max level from 8% to 6% on the PBE. I believe they also lowered the duration of his stacks from 7 seconds to 5 seconds.
Does he need more nerfs? Probably.

They also nerfed his Shield duration but then reverted it
