Riot, if you care about your players at all, read this

dozens of games ive been trolled in so far in preseason. It's practically unbearable to even sit through anymore. Riot, you have done nothing to address this issue at all. I appreciate all the balance and effort you put into the game, but when only 1/100 games are a decent match without afk's and trolls, who really cares about balance anyway?

Despite constant trolling, only increasing as the years have gone on, you have done nothing to address it at all. So I'm asking an honest question Riot, one that if you ignore this time, im done.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO STOP TROLLING?

This is a fairly straightforward question that ought to have an answer after 7 years of this game. Please tell me what you are planning to do, about to do, maybe thinking about doing in 2 decades, anything that can make me even pretend you care that ive wasted countless hours getting trolled.

If you ignore this, count me as a player lost, because i can deal with a crappy community, but i can't deal with a company that doesnt care if their customers are getting tortured.

Enough is enough, give me some kind of hope that you care, or show me how little you do care by completely ignoring me.
