Nope, no issues have been fixed, the game is still broken and unbearably silly, and Riot still refuses to even acknowledge the main issues that plague the game.

Don't worry dude after gathering data for 9 months they came to the decision that there MIGHT be something wrong with the game. If they are delusional enough to think it's because of the missing tanks or if they actually played a single game and realized something is off with damage (and the fact that you might as well AFK when you are losing at the 15min mark, or even 10) is yet to be seen but progress is progress I guess.
To be honest I'm not expecting anything and I'm still getting disappointed.

I would wish they wouldn't fiddle around with a middle ground but rather just go back to the old damages and power levels or runes entirely, then revert base stat buffs they gave to champs, remove base stat bonuses from rune trees, revert magic pen/lethality buffs to items they made because of the runes and make a new system where you can slap bonus stats freely on your champion... So you maybe don't have to go +10 Armor against a Fizz and get your ass pounded but yeah... progress is progress I guess.
I don't think they give a fuck anymore. They probably assigned all of their good game designers to their in-development games, hence why we have this balance team while Morello is working on another game. If my theory is right then at least their next game won't suck.

They're working on it. Mastery changes coming to PBE, meta is gonna be flipped on its head soon
They literally just updated that they're nerfing damage. Read the boards posts they've made recently under the red tracker.
Pretty sure they know, but they won't do major changes until preseason. If you don't find the current meta fun at all I would give it till preseason 9 to check back, before that all they're going to do is try to keep everyone as equally broken as they can instead of fixing their core problems.

They actually acknowledged the problem, look for maple posts!
ADC items have had their costs reduced across the board so they can become relevant sooner. It may not be a permanent fix, but it does exist.
