Cho struggling? Since when? He's not meta, doesn't mean he's struggling. Also the "nerf" is also a buff as it allows him to stack his feast stacks a lot faster.
Wait are you still mad they are buffing cho?
I suppose we're ignoring the fact that cho's ult gives him a lot of health and the new champion needs to have full rage to deal that true damage.
