It just threw me out said I left champ select for no reason now I get a dodge QUE timer??????????????????? Other times I click accept and it tells me I declined??? The second one i dont know how it happens maybe it is a graphical bug but the first one I have never seen before.

There's locking in "none" and there's not actually locking in anything.

Also, it's because Riot does not want you to go AFK in any point in the game except loading screen.
You pick your ban, and then you lock in the ban. It's just one more AFK check.

lol ikr... there is zero reason not to ban a champ. if i mean u can think of a ban... spend 5 second asking what your teammates what banned. i can 100% guarantee you ONE of them would like more than one champion banned.
