Fizz Discussion Thread

Something needs to be done about this damn fish, there's no arguing with that. What there is arguing with, however, is what can be done to make him more balanced (i'm curious if this is even possible with his current kit) Personally I think cd nerfs are mandatory. With little to no cdr fizz's ult cd is like a minute long at lvl 3 ult. His E also has WAY too low of a cooldown.
