relic shield

so they nerfed relic shield and cs gold gain so relic shield has the least gold gain to the point of u have to only proc melee cs for the quest because 21 melee and 14 for ranged and a passive of only 1 per 10 sec from 10 gold...... Good luck gaining any gold outside of laning with this item. There is a reason for the 4 per10 sec because it aided in the not losing as much in gold gain
