Em, it is kinda not okey that Twitch sucks in soloq but is broken when you have lulu xd Maybe buff him and rework her? She is the single support that has too much sustain and cc in her kit. Or just break that interaction with Twitch so that he can be a solo champion, not a boosting strat pick. Forget about rework for lulu, just break that interaction.
