So Fizz is kind of disgusting right now, and I was thinking of some changes that would be nice to see possibly. Keep in mind I am only Silver 2, so these might make him even more broken or make him unplayable, but I just think this might help make him less oppressive. This would however make him a top mainstay with the new W.

  • Passive - Seastone Trident:

Fizz rends enemies on-hit, and those affected by Chum the Water's lure or shark, dealing them magic damage over 3 seconds, and marking them for 6 seconds. Further auto attacks reset the duration

Total Damage: 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+60% AP) Magic Damage.

  • Q - Urchin Strike:

COST: 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 MANA COOLDOWN: 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6

ACTIVE: Fizz dashes a fixed distance towards the target enemy unit, dealing them 100% AD physical damage, and bonus magic damage. The physical damage applies on-hit effects and the magic damage applies spell effects. If the target has been marked by Seastone Trident for at least 2 seconds, the bonus magic damage is tripled.

Bonus Magic Damage: 25 / 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 (+40% AP)

If Urchin Strike kills a unit, (10 / 20 / 30 / 40 / 50) Mana is refunded and cooldown is set to 1 second.

  • NEW W - Nimble Fighter:

COST: 50 MANA COOLDOWN: 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 seconds

PASSIVE: Fizz is perpetually ghosted.

Fizz dodges the next enemy Basic Attack from an enemy champions, large monsters, and large minions within the next 1.5 seconds. Fizz gains increased movement speed for 3 seconds if an attack is successfully dodged.

If Fizz is in 175 range of an the enemy that attacked him, his auto attack timer is reset and he will strike back with a basic attack immediately.

BONUS MOVEMENT SPEED: 5 / 7.5 / 10 / 13.5 / 15%

  • E - Playful Trickster:

MANA COST: 100 / 105 / 110 / 115 / 120 (increased by 10 at all ranks to compensate for mid fizz no longer using W often in combos.)

Increased AP ratio by 5%, 75% > 80% to supplement damage loss slightly.

I would love to hear any thoughts below.

Additional Doran's items thoughts:

Doran's Shield is not pretty much just used bot lane, so to help it become usable in top again, my suggestion:

  1. Move the 5 on-hit to minions to Cull.

  2. Re-add physical damage block back to the item, now 8-16 based on level (increased damage block by 2 per 3 levels up to level 13), calculated before armor.

Cull: increase AD by 1 and now deals 5 on-hit to minions.

Doran's Ring: Cost increase to 450 gold and make mana per minion kill passive unique aswell increase mana to 6, but increase health by 20 and AP by 1.

These changes seem to really compliment Tank Fizz, which is a bad idea seeing the current state of tank Fizz.
