About the Iceborn Gauntlet nerf...

Currently, IBG has a nerf on the PBE. Specifically, the damage is nerfed to 100% of bonus AD on proc, from 125%.

I don't think this item is too strong on melee champions, which leads me to believe it's being nerfed for it's use on ranged champions (Ezreal, specifically).

If this is the case, can we make it a ranged-only nerf? Like, 125% for melee (Reduced to 100% for ranged champions).

In particular, I'm worried about . He's underplayed, but still viable. But I'm worried this nerf might hit his early game a bit hard. Most commonly, he currently builds Iceborn Gauntlet after Cinderhulk, and the hit to his early game damage, when his damage is already really low, might stop him from being decent.

I'm just worried. Skarner is one of my favorite champions and I've always preferred Iceborn Gauntlet on him to Trinity Force. I don't think he's in a good spot, but I don't think he's underpowered or overpowered, and he doesn't need any nerfs.
