How to nerf Sejuani without removing her damage

So recently Sejuani has been a champion of high pick or ban rates at the moment and has some very large nerfs to her on the PBE. I think a good way to nerf Sejuani without removing much of her damage is by making her W on hit bonus damage only damage the single target instead of everyone around it, and a removal of the movement speed slow reduction from her passive. Sejuani keeps her damage loses a bit of her aoe clear and team fight damage and the removal of the slow reduction makes it harder for her to gank.
