Elise Buff Ideas!!!1!1!1!1!1!

Okay so my idea for a possible buff to Elise is adding by adding more interactivity for with her poison. Her Q adds Neurotoxin to an enemy for 5 seconds. Each auto attack while skittering frenzy is active does bonus magic damage and adds a stacking slow. If rappel is cast on enemy while their afflicted by neurotoxin they become stunned. These buffs are mostly to give Elise more cc for ganks and add a little bit of extra damage to her kit.
