To play against, or just in general. Someone that makes the game a less enjoyable experience, and you'd wish that they'd never get picked by the opponent team, even if the champion isn't necessarily OP.
For me it was Twitch back in Season 6, but not I think it's Heimerdinger (Especially top) because turrets in lane are disgusting lol

. I feel her "balance" is solely based around how well you know her kit. If you know it well you'll never lose a game with her. If you don't you will feed every game. and somehow I'm always facing the one who can tower dive and shield dash away before taking any turret damage.
Not being able to counterbuld %max health true damage makes her my perma ban unless some fotm really annoys me.
I just CAN'T STAND HIM! I can win my mid lane so hard that Zed can't even farm, but then he gets to lvl 6, recalls and buys one cheap item, and then proceeds to instantly erase me with his ult.
I can write an ESSAY about why Singed is my least favorite champion and why he should get a full overhaul or be removed. But here's the gist of it.
His gameplay is just so dumb. What Riot member looked at the cancer proxyfarming gameplay that someone came up with and thought that they shouldn't try to fix it? When he proxyfarms it's so annoying because you can't do anything about it because you'll just waste your time when he runs into tower and now he has a CS lead, so you just have to let it happen.
He's so ugly. Just look at his design, look at his skins, look at his abilities... what about it looks appealing in any way? I can't handle looking a his splash art on any of his skins and he completely ruins the SSW skin line for me.
WHY DOES HE HAVE A FLIP? I'm going to preface this with saying that I don't read lores, so this is probably something in Singed's lore or... something. But why an old man who is also a chemist can flip a mountain is a bit questionable to me. I can kinda see Volibear and Urgot having it because they are both almost images of 'strength' in a way so that makes sense. But an old man with potions, I just don't get it.

Whenever she is at a strong point(not even OP) she is obnoxious to play against because she literally does everything. She has the waveclear and safe harass of a mage, the slipperiness of an assassin, the burst damage of an assassin, deals true damage, has long range hard CC, gets free healing off her passive... there is actually no way to punish a good Ahri player with a counterpick either because they'll just safely farm by their turret till she becomes damn near ungankable because she's just that safe.
The last time Ahri was strong she had a 24% playrate with a 54% winrate.

Tryndamere. Because every tryn player will splitpush the entire game and make us have to babysit a lane, only for him to 800 crit the person who goes to that lane and kill them.
BEYOND CANCER:

Between the disgusting mobility, ability to reduce or completely avoid damage altogether, insane damage, scaling, and the fact that they literally will not die, I consider these champions top notch tilt worthy.
Seeing any of these champs in champ select instantly put me in a bad mood, and for some reason if you main one of these champs you are probably that guy that spams laugh, mastery emote, and types "LOL" and "ez" in all chat when you make an "outplay". Yeah sure your champ might require good mechanics but you ain't a god when you're 4/2/2 so knock it off.

I hate these champs because they are LOW RISK, HIGH REWARD. They have some of the simplest kits in the game and they will abuse that to utterly destroy you if you make any mistake. Many of their "combos" are just pressing R and going ham, or going ham then pressing R, without much thought to it. Being killed by any single one of these champs its frustrating because it feels like they put absolutely no thought into actually killing you, it just happened by some accidental button presses.
The good thing is these sort of champ's players are usually aware theyre playing some low skill shit and don't try to pretend like they're gods.
I JUST THREW UP IN MY MOUTH A LITTLE:
These are the champs that are just gonna dick on you in lane, and given the slightest lead they will continue to shit on you without mercy. Don't expact to get any sort of a lead against a majority of these champs unless it's a very favorable matchup. Some of them require skill, but some not. Somewhat toxic but will only get to BEYOND CANCER level of toxicity if you feed into their egos by getting mad. They live off of rage and negativity.

Thought this would be a more popular choice for this thread, but was surprised to see very few.
Against Teemo: mushrooms, need I say more. Bedsides his invisibility trick and DOT damage, running over a random shroom in the jungle is just fkg annoying.
With Teemo: player skill with Teemo is hit and miss, with more misses than hits. I plan to lose which ever lane Teemo is in and therefore I'm surprised when they do well. Not a good way to go into a match.
Because my dumb as hell teammates somehow manage to feed him, so I'm stuck having to ban him over actual OP threats right now.

I know he is weak, but I find him having two forms of point and click CC is just not fair, and in teamfights you can't dive him or anyone near him because he can press 1 of 2 buttons
