Explain to me how Bard, The so called " support " is useless

Useless reason number 1: Squishy.
Useless reason number 2: Super slow unless you get chime buffs or mobi
Useless reason number 3: Negligible damage. I get he's a support, but he has to have the lowest damage output of all the supports early - mid game.
Useless reason number 4: Has anyone ever actually seen a Good Bard use E strategically and successfully as an escape/bait/etc.?
He isn't, he's just hard to use and requires a well-coordinated team
Not amazing for solo Q, that's it. Use in a team you know that can coordinate what's happening with you.
Requires too much coordination.
His playstyle actively hurts his laning partner. If a team picks bard then the enemy team can just pick leona/blitz/thresh/annie (any hard engage support) and when bard roams his adc is completely useless. Not to mention even if bard doesn't roam his lane still gets shit on by hard engage supports. One annie/leona stun to bard followed up by graves/jinx and he dies in 0.1 seconds.
