Why are we balancing (nerfing) champs like Kennen, but leaving champs like Darius and Kindred OP'd?

I mean there are so many nerfs going around to mages and champs where nothing was wrong with them... but then we leave champs like Kindred, Darius, and others alone. There is a clear problem with tanks doing just as much damage as a full build assassin while being unkillable, but the entire season this has not been addressed. Who is running this balance team? Every single one of you Tubby McFattersons should be fired for being incompetent. This is the most boring season ever in history, and you still won't change it.
