Galio Broken
WTF, Rito PLS!!!! Seriously broken champ. He can now one shot tanks with his q. What were you thinking? You HAVE to pick or ban him(pref ban), or youre going to lose. He needs to be reverted. He just does too much damage.

he does % hp magic dmg in his q (which i've heard was the main problem for the last couple dozen nerf galio post) yet the only one that looks like they can even withstand the brunt of his q if they don't dodge was the 
and that was because he was actually building resistances like a tank should if the enemy is reliant on %hp dmg
