Low Priority Queue and the "/remake" system

My client crashed so i asked my friend to remake the game and this is the shit i have to deal with now, got a low priority ,after fckin months, and was slapped with 5 matches of low priority with 20 min wait times Why is it that once you reach the 20 min low priority group , it is always 20 mins .
