If you mean drop as in decay, no. If you mean losing a couple games after hitting 0LP, yes.

the way it works in division 5 in any rank is when your MMR drops an entire tier lower (silver 5->bronze 5, gold 5->silver 5) then you will drop a tier (silver 5->bronze 1, gold 5->silver 1)
