Twitch ultimate tooltip update

Elewd··1 votes·292 views

Back during the marksmen update a rioter mentioned that when twitch uses his ultimate the first bolt will always crit. however its not in the tooltip and either im incredibly lucky, or that was actually implemented. can this be listed in the tooltip that the first hit will always crit?
