people making lists of bad early game champs, but we're forgetting someone here

Talon. He is almost completely useless in laning phase, and unless he gets a double kill at bot, he'll stay useless until at least level 16. His e damage amplifcation is too low to make any sort of difference until it is maxed, but you cant max it first or second because your w and q are more important. Once late game comes, he's stupid strong though. The long ass wait for over half the game is all worth it in the end
