I thought Skarner's stickiness was part of his identity?
Cuz I don't see much stickiness in his reworked kit.

Voidgolem1 voteshe hasn't had stickiness since he was reworked the -first- time, so I'm not sure where you got that idea from.
Stiv12341 votesHe has/had a stacking perma MS buff, which they gave him in exchange for the perma slow because they thought that was too toxic. He can/could still stick to people pretty well with it.
