I think kha'zix q's cooldown should be halved if you hit an isolated target with to help him in skirmishes and in the jg just and idea for a buff.

The LethalitYi1 voteshis q damage is already broken lategame though, so that would let him get even more 1000 damage qs into a combo and automatic death for anyone alone.
