Looks like Yasuo, Urgot, and Elise are the hardest to play judging by their win rates :0

i will say urgot and elise are hard but not yasuo honestly the reason he has a low winrate is everyone picks him bec ause he's "freelo op" and then have no idea how to play him, there are startegies but its not that hard to learn after 5+ games

technically speaking, if you don't have a pbe account, kalista is the hardest to play until she comes out

Ryze is a very difficult champion with unique and creative options for counterplay.

Sometimes when playing Ryze I have to ask myself, is this the right time to flash?

Life is difficult for a Ryze main.

Master Yi is a very difficult champion with unique and creative options for counterplay.

Sometimes when playing Master Yi I have to ask myself, is this the right time to press Q?

Life is difficult for a Master Yi main.

Akali is a very difficult champion with unique and creative options for counterplay.

Sometimes when playing Akali I have to ask myself, is this the right time to activate zhonya's hourglass?

Life is difficult for an Akali main.

Um, I recently bought Cassiopeia and she was very intriguing with her passive, it requires work to get stacks, unlike Nasus or Veigar. And she is so weak early, it takes a lot of skill not to get totally beat down. Poppy is pretty hard, not mechanically, but the fact that she is so weak early and mid game that she literally does nothing besides have mana problems and bonk minions with her hammer. Vel'koz is difficult, because he has a kit of skill shots, same with Xerath. Lissandra, to me, is a pretty difficult champion to master. Just my 2 cents ;)

riven because of how bad her hp sustain is. She is the second worst hp regen in the game. U got to timed the shield correctly or it's hard to regain those again. If you lose lane, u are useless.

If a champion beats someone, they are faceroll OP. If a champion is played by someone, they require much skill.

Obviously Yorick. I mean c'mon.

Depends on how u define 'hard'. Whether its complexity of skill combos or overall difficulty to win games.

Win rates don't mean a thing. For the latter, underpowered champs are the hardest to play-

Try playing Gangplank or Yorick only for 3 months.

It may be best to rephrase the question to which champions you have the most difficulty succeeding with because, objectively, they all present mechanical and situational challenges.

But the experience of the champ is entirely subjective.

For example, the general opinion of the boards is that Riven is a low skillcap, easy to succeed champ. Her playstyle is not to my preference though, and so I have great difficulty using her effectively. Other people dominate without trying. It has less to do with skill and more to do with how you perceive and play the game.

I just don't want it to break down into:

Commenter 1: I think Yi is the hardest Commenter 2: u srs? Yi is freelo pentanoob! You just suck.

I've seen this starting to happen in a couple comments already.

there are some champs in the game whereby u won't have problem with that- the utterly most underpowered one-dimensional, usually 'old' champs, with skillsets that are very limited, are the hardest to play and win games with...

Sometimes, but I still think it's pretty subjective. For clarity, A lot of people on Boards claim Ashe is outdated and not viable, but she is one of my favorite champs and I wouldn't change a thing about her. That's completely subjective.

I have a hard time with mechanics-heavy, close-fighting champs like Katarina and Akali, but I do very well with skillshot based, or tanky-melee champs. My friend can't play a tank to save her life and sticks with heal-heavy supports.

I'm just trying to say I don't want the discussions to break down in to an argument of "This champ's hard" "No they're not, you're just bad."

Freaking anivia is so hard with her slow ass skillshot and hard to place in good places wall

Try Evelynn Jug... without a leash she can't even really jug. And her Ganks are aweful. I will say however I love when i see her on the enemy team because I see insta feed for my team.

Elise just = perfect macro management of skill set and knowing 1st and formost that u are under powered. This is mainly due to her nerfs, that I believe Riot went to far with.

Or Shaco, if the game doesn't go right he becomes useless. And his team fighting ability is limited at best.

Zed and Yasuo are pretty hard if you don't have experience.Zed because a noob zed can't keep track of their shadows and the ult combo is pretty hard to pull off with perfection. Unless your Faker. Yasuo . I know it's weird because hes overpowered and broken in season 6. But, he is easy to play but hard to master. Why? If your an idiot you will dash under tower and take unnecessary poke unless you have runes and mastery crit. So Yasuo is hard in pro play but easy in lower elo or regular games. Zed because of all the nerfs he received and his shadows.
